At Laneys Collision Center you will be greeted by a friendly staff and a welcoming environment. A large, clean waiting room with comfortable furniture, cable TV, free WIFI, and a children's play room to occupy the little ones. Semi-private Consultant offices and clean, comfortable restrooms are available.
Our Collision Consultants have access to indoor estimating bay with an in-ground lift attached to the office area. While you wait comfortably we are able to access your entire vehicle in order to make better determinations of damage. Ample out front parking includes a three car covered, lit canopy with an after-hours key drop box.
Customer Service is our number one priority. You will receive at least one survey during or after the repair process. Our goal is to always earn 10’s on your customer service survey! If there is anything we can do during your repair to better earn 10’s please tell us immediately!

Our highly skilled technicians use only the highest quality equipment, parts, and materials. The proper repair of collision damage is critical to the safety and performance of your vehicle. Each vehicle is repaired to factory specifications following OEM repair procedures by trained technicians using the proper tooling and equipment.
We utilize Car-O-Liner frame systems capable of multiple pulls, this is critical in returning your vehicle to its original factory specifications. Our OEM Certified facility has a Resistance Spot Welder to duplicate factory welds and is equipped with a pulse welder for aluminum and MIG Brazing as required on many newer vehicles. Our technicians are certified in Steel and Aluminum Welding by I-CAR.
Our El Dorado facility includes a dedicated Aluminum Clean Room and is certified for Aluminum Repairs by the Assured Performance Network. Part of that certification requires maintaining the proper and dedicated tooling and equipment and having the necessary training to diagnose, repair and replace aluminum components. .
Sometimes mechanical or suspension components have been damaged or need to be removed to gain access to other damaged areas of your vehicle. We have able to handle collision related mechanical and suspension repairs as well. Today’s advanced vehicles have over 300 possible DTC’s that can be triggered from a1n accident or from the repair process. Laneys Collision Center has the tooling and training to access most OEM onboard diagnostic data. This is critical in regards to the vehicle’s electronic systems including air bag systems, collision avoidance systems, parking sensors, back up cameras and many other safety features.

Today's modern factory finishes incorporate multiple layers of highly specialized paints. Laneys Collision uses Sherwin Williams Automotive Finishes’ AWX basecoat system. AWX is a water-bourne product just like most vehicle manufactures use at the factory. The color verification process is enhanced by Sherwin’s color prospector, electronic color eye, and sun-simulated lighting.
Today’s complex color formulas are selected, mixed and applied by Certified Refinish Technicians. Our EPA Compliant filtered paint booths and downdraft, spray decks filters are tested regularly and confirmed to remove 99% of all particles. We use the safest product and equipment we can find for our employees and our community.

Customers in Ouachita, Calhoun, Columbia, Dallas, Nevada, Bradley and Clark Counties may find our satellite location more convenient for them. Laneys Collision Express is located at 1983 California Avenue SW (Magnolia Highway) in Camden or behind Performance Chevrolet.
Our Camden satellite location is sized perfectly for smaller repairs and we service many fleet repairs from this location. When you select Laneys Collision Express you can rest assured you are relying on an I-CAR Trained staff who will determine which repair is best for your car before the repair begins and provide Laneys Collision Center’s registered, limited lifetime warranty after the repair. Larger repairs are load leveled to the OEM Certified, I-CAR Gold Class El Dorado location at no cost to you!
Enterprise Rental Cars are available at our Camden store by reservation and we are a direct repair facility for many major insurance companies. We may ask your permission to repair your vehicle at the location with a direct repair relationship with your insurance company. In those cases we will also load level the vehicle at no cost to you!
Whichever location you choose to drop up and pick up your vehicle from you will receive the same recognized service!
